The client is a healthcare workforce engagement platform that matches caregivers, clients, and agencies in a structured way and introduces them. It has mobile apps for caregivers and clients, and web-based portals for agencies and administrators to onboard, schedule, verify, subscribe, and manage operations all in one place.

The platform can be used by independent caregivers as well as agency-associated professionals, and it can help users find the right caregiver for their needs based on location, availability, preferences, and more.

The client required a unified digital solution to overcome the fragmentation of caregiver services, with onboarding, scheduling, and verification processes handled by disparate systems and manual processes. They needed a scalable solution that could connect caregivers, clients, and agencies in one ecosystem and could enhance visibility, trust, and operational efficiency.

The Project

The project centered on creating a centralized caregiver-client matching system that streamlines the process of connecting caregivers, clients, and agencies and facilitates introductions.

AllianceTek developed a system that enabled users to create profiles, manage availability, and schedule introduction meetings before the commencement of care services. It also enables agencies and administrators to use operational dashboards, caregiver verification, and subscription management. The solution was designed to be a scalable healthcare ecosystem that is mobile-first and has secure handling of sensitive user data.
