Audio/Video Recording Application
A client working with audio & visual messaging was looking to upgrade their platform. The client wanted a custom web application that could facilitate the users of the platform to record video & audio and share it with people from their contact list through a QR Code, which would allow the receiver to scan the QR code, review the video/audio recorded and reply back to the user.
The client was looking for a custom web application to enhance their bridge QR functionality. They approached the team of AllianceTek to build this custom solution from scratch. They wanted something that could make their e-greeting cards more engaging. So, the customers could scan QR Code and obtain the special message as well as the card and respond to the sender. They wanted a bespoke online application that allowed users to record a message and exchange it with others on their contact list. This could allow the recipient to scan the code, see the video or audio that was recorded and also send recorded video or audio messages, among other things.

The client had a basic idea in mind for the web application but was lacking execution.
The team of AllianceTek developed a customized solution from the ground up. The client had a clear idea of the concepts, and we worked with them to execute them in the most effective way possible. We created a fully functioning product that helped the client in selling their bridging services. We created the front end, and back end, and helped them with the required APIs as well as assisted them with the implementation. We also gave the client advice on how to get the most out of their EC2 instance.
The main hurdle was developing a web app with video and audio recording capabilities that would also work efficiently in the browsers of iOS and Android devices. Each device runs a unique operating system and is compatible with a unique set of video and audio file types.
In order to make the platform compatible with every device, the professional team of AllianceTek integrated a third-party tool in order to convert every video file captured on an Android smartphone so that it would play on an iOS device, thus making it compatible with both devices. We gave the client a web application that is compatible with mobile browsers so that any user could scan the QR code and send and receive audio/video messages. We used Socket.IO, an event-driven library for real-time web applications in order to get the response from the backend in actual time.
The team of AllianceTek helped the client receive a fully functioning audio/video web application as a means for them for selling their bridging services through QR codes.
With this new and advanced platform, the client had the function to notify the user about the completion of large amounts of video file upload and processing completed by taking advantage of the capabilities provided by Socket.IO. The integration of Socket.IO also provided the users to receive responses in real-time.
We also integrated the Qencode library, which helped the client to convert movies submitted by users into an MP4 format. It could be supported by browsers on both iOS and Android.
The platform enabled notifications sent using push technology in web applications.
The new platform also allowed for the sending and receiving of e-gift cards through the addition of QR-embedded messages onto the cards.
It allowed the users to see any replies in their Activity stream, right next to the original message They also had the option to continue interacting with the people who sent them messages.
Through the platform, we helped the users of the platform build practically any kind of bridge they could imagine, whether it was to express their gratitude, share an intriguing story about their area of expertise, or get people interested in what you have to offer.
We developed this system completely from scratch. Our client envisioned this, and we executed their vision.
We created the UI and backend and assisted him with the APIs and deployment.
We used Socket.IO technology to get a timely reply from the server side.
