Sunil Jagani:

Sunil Jagani is President and Chief Technology Officer of AllianceTek.  He is responsible for working with clients to identify the leading edge information technology platforms that enable them to meet their business objectives. He has an extensive background working in the Information Technology Industry. He has played a leading role in technology development at number of major financial institutions, such as Advanta and Bisys.

Sunil holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University and Bachelors in Business Administration from Wilkes University.

 
Charles Lavine:

Charles is Executive Vice-President Sales and Marketing at AllianceTek.  Chas has over 20 years experience in Outsourcing Sales & Management, with particular focus on Business process Outsourcing. Most recently, Chas has been Vice President of Business Development at an off-shore BPO firm, preceded by years as Sales Manager for the Western United States for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), one of the leading BPO firms in the world. While there he oversaw sales efforts for such verticals as Financial Services, Mortgage, and Health Care. He was responsible for acquisition of prospects, client development, and led a team pursuing major contracts. Prior to ACS, Chas led sales for the New England and Canadian regions for a Document Management Software Company (LaserFiche), overseeing and developing a team of VAR's, as well as leading direct sales to major clients. Previously, he spent 14 years as Vice president and Director of Sales for Boston Technical Corporation, one of the first firms primarily focused on the outsourcing industry, specializing in IT outsourcing. 

During his tenure he led the growth of Boston Technical by some twenty-fold, and oversaw its expansion into Network Management, Help Desk Outsourcing, etc. Chas is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and MIT's Sloan School of Management. 

 
Damian Petrone:

Damian Petrone is Vice President of Business Development at AllianceTek.  He is responsible for the growth of the organization’s business activities and client base.  Prior to joining the AllianceTek team, Damian worked at a consulting and capital allocation firm as a business analyst and project manager.  He also spent a number of years as a portfolio manager and financial analyst at a growth equity investment firm.  Damian received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.  He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.  Drawing upon his educational and professional experiences, he has an extensive background creating information technology solutions in the financial and business worlds – a natural fit in the AllianceTek team. 

Damian and his wife live in West Chester, PA.  He enjoys spending his free time watching and playing sports, reading, and traveling. 

 
Edward Kashmere:
Edward Kashmere is VP of Strategic Consulting and specializes in project management consulting, Six Sigma quality and process improvement, and accounting and financial systems solutions. He is an adjunct professor of accounting and finance in the Graduate School of Management at Penn State Great Valley and is an adjunct professor of management at Temple University's Fox School of Business. Kashmere has developed several courses for Penn State and other institutions in his named fields of specialization and is a contributing author to the book The e-Business Project Manager. He has worked for and consulted with General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Siemens, NASA, The Homeland Security Agency, CSL Behring, Air Products and Chemicals, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, among others.

Mr. Kashmere's research activities focus on innovation and emerging methodologies and technologies that can be readily applied in the current business environment. The successful utilization and integration of various project management and process improvement techniques and methodologies are only beneficial if the business can accurately implement, understand, and manage the value added by their application. Companies can greatly improve their performance by better utilizing their current infrastructure in a more coordinated and efficient manner.
