All businesses and organizations deal with a large amount of content. This content may be documents, pictures, employee information, scientific data, videos, or any other piece of information that must be stored, retrieved, and used in business operations. The ebb and flow of this essential data can often determine the success of a business and information disorganization is often the root cause of those businesses who lag behind. Businesses and organizations that use an efficient content management system to save time, make better decisions, and maintain accuracy keep up with their industry’s competition.

Portfolio
Wrightson–The company faced immense difficulty in manually maintaining internal reports due to the complex calculations using a large database. AllianceTek reviewed and analyzed the situation at Wrightson and developed a CMS that automatically generated on-the-fly reports based on user input. The system includes functionality wherein Wrightson can simply import the files and make a report document through a simple interface. These reports can be retrieved at any point through this reporting system. Thus, Wrightson can now check reports on an annual and monthly basis and review the imported history.
