Sunil Jagani

Sunil Jagani is President and Chief Technology Officer of AllianceTek. He is responsible for working with clients to identify the leading edge information technology platforms that enable them to meet their business objectives. He has an extensive background working in the Information Technology Industry. He has played a leading role in technology development at number of major financial institutions, such as Advanta and Bisys.

Sunil holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University and Bachelors in Business Administration from Wilkes University.

Andy Tamarin

Andy Tamarin is the Senior Project Manager with AllianceTek and has over 25 years of Information Technology experience. Having worked as a software developer, business analyst and systems solutions architect, his vast experience developing and deploying software solutions to address customer’s specific needs is a perfect addition to the AllianceTek team.

Mr. Tamarin has been providing software consulting and development services for clients for over 10 years. These solutions enabled customers to automate updates to their clients using web service interfaces providing immediate updates through his integration tools. These solutions included the use mobile applications, desktop and web based applications and various data interchange methods. Business systems obtained virtually “real-time” information from Asia and Europe through his designed services enabling his clients to grow their operations.

Prior to his time as a systems consultant, he worked with AirClic, a mobile applications software company. His role was in the development of the company’s software platform for use within the transportation/logistics industry expanding market awareness of the service platform and integration into customer’s existing business systems. He also served as Vice President of Information Systems at Eastern Connection; a Boston based overnight delivery service company. He began as a project manager responsible for developing interface applications between Eastern Connection and its customers.

He has a PMI certification from Penn State University and a BS in Accounting from Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA.

Brian Berlin

Brian Berlin brings over 18 years of senior level sales management experience to the AllianceTek team. During the past 6 years he has delivered sales management consulting services to firms wishing to close gaps in their go-to-market execution.

He has been a senior leader with a variety of startup, early stage and global technology companies. Most recently, he led North American sales efforts at Phoenix Technologies Ltd., where he and his team engineered key successes in the VAR and OEM distribution channels.

Mr. Berlin also has more than 8 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the online video market, where he helped take Digital Lava public and was later part of the team that merged with Interative Video Technologies.

He has also managed teams in the IT solution provider space, igniting sales of a $165 million VAR in Southern California, winning deals with Omnicom Group, City of LA and American Honda among others.

Tina M. Liskey

Ms. Liskey comes to AllianceTek, Inc. with over 23 years of experience supporting many areas of business operations. Tina possesses a seasoned background having worked in all areas of Operations, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, Organizational Development, as well as Small Business Consulting.

Ms. Liskey has proven her unique abilities by performing functional and integral development in:

• Corporate financial systems development & implementations
• Operational structuring & development
• Data mapping & work flow analysis
• Auditing & maintenance support of all project life cycle and information
• Solutions for proper analytical, audit & implementation considerations
• Corporate vision mapping, including hierarchal management

Edward Kashmere

Edward Kashmere is VP of Strategic Consulting and specializes in project management consulting, Six Sigma quality and process improvement, and accounting and financial systems solutions. He is an adjunct professor of accounting and finance in the Graduate School of Management at Penn State Great Valley and is an adjunct professor of management at Temple University's Fox School of Business. Kashmere has developed several courses for Penn State and other institutions in his named fields of specialization and is a contributing author to the book The e-Business Project Manager. He has worked for and consulted with General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Siemens, NASA, The Homeland Security Agency, CSL Behring, Air Products and Chemicals, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, among others.

Mr. Kashmere's research activities focus on innovation and emerging methodologies and technologies that can be readily applied in the current business environment. The successful utilization and integration of various project management and process improvement techniques and methodologies are only beneficial if the business can accurately implement, understand, and manage the value added by their application. Companies can greatly improve their performance by better utilizing their current infrastructure in a more coordinated and efficient manner.

Darrell E. Coleman

Darrell E. Coleman serves as head of Content Development and Multimedia. With over 15 years experience in marketing and sales, Darrell looks to develop new partners and technologies that will empower clients’ marketing initiatives. While working for two recent technology start-ups, Darrell gained a thorough understanding in content development and its importance in business growth and presentation. With a Marketing Degree from Temple University, Mr. Coleman is poised to assist companies in launching and empowering their marketing endeavors with new energy and greater impact.

Prior to his work with AllianceTek, Mr. Coleman performed business development for a 3D digital signage company and a Philadelphia-area animation firm.
