eBay Sales Management System

The Client

The Client is a leader in title and escrow agencies specializing in timeshare closings. They have processed more than 10,000 timeshare transactions, totaling more than $100,000,000.

The Client needed a system to manage the sale and rental of their timeshare properties. The system needed to integrate with both their internal systems and the online auction site eBay.

The Solution

AllianceTek created a web application that allows the Client to easily post new timeshare properties on eBay, manage the auction, and complete the financial transaction.

Highlights of the application include:

Tight integration with existing back-end internal management systems.
Extensive integration with eBay and PayPal systems that enabled transactions to be conducted directly through the application.
Robust service oriented architecture web services were employed.
Employment of Agile software development methodologies.
