The Client

The Client is a leading insurance carrier specializing in employee benefits solutions. They provide their services to clients throughout the United States.

The Client wanted to create an online multimedia presentation to inform its customers about a new online billing and enrollment system it developed.

The Solution

AllianceTek worked with the Client to create an online multimedia application that provides an interactive tutorial for the Client’s customers to learn about the advantages and features of their new online billing and enrollment system. The presentation incorporates images, animation and music to provide a rich media experience to viewers.

Highlights of the application include:

Interactive menu bar that allows users to easily navigate to any part of the tutorial, start and stop the presentation, and manage sound options
Accompanying email campaign designed and managed by AllianceTek to notify the Client’s customers of the new presentation and online system
